I've customized a magazine theme for you -- it is a hybrid of various themes that I like.

Is any of the content unique? It doesn't look like any of the articles are original.

 

The articles aren't unique. If they were, I'd be making claims to that effect and asking for a considerably higher price. Even after you add the costs of outsourcing someone to write quality articles (around $50-$60), it's still a good deal. The theme (a hybrid of a few themes that I like) and header are unique, and it is much more user-friendly than most other magazine themes out there (great as many of them are in many respects).
