    Hello everyone. I would like to take offers for this site.
    The site was built 02/26/09 so the site is fairly new.
    Site is a search phrase domain that is ranking #1 for domain at Yahoo and 5th or 6th on Google (and working it's way up)
    Got 7,500+ UV's this month, 1,100 last month and 200+ the last few days of February.
    The site earned a little over $80 this month (April) from adsense.
