they will stop all these BS when pubcenter overtakes them - adsense is taking too much profits from us and its time we let pubcenter or some other network go to the top.Enough of adsense guys - what do you think ???

Thats exactly the problem. And i keep my words.

Whats the point of showing rule A) You can't place ads bellow titles - if people do it, you report them, and they simply keep breaking the same rule? One year after you report them? Thats 1 year!! Didnt have the time to check it Adsense Team? Too much work i guess?!

But yet, they keep banning "normal" guys for what? Because its a random algo that chooses a guy among 1 million!

Thats why i moved to affiliates. Thank god. No more 0,05 per click and stupid rules, stupid attitudes and shameful behavior.

P.S. - MY adsense account its active. Not a fu#"ed up member here.

It says blending your ads like content and that means, don't for example if you have a forum make your ads look 100% like a forum entry.

I am sure blending with article body is still acceptable, but yes those creative blenders sure need a soft kick... I need to relook though,... Phew and my weekend is screwed...

It is at these times when I feel I should have voted for 1 site when I went for 1 site against 100 sites..

This is such a rediculous rule again.
I have 2 blogs with a very simple black
template called Butterfly. The thing is that
the Adsense ads are with the same colors
as the rest of the site - black BG and the
same bright colors used on the template,
    and this really looks COOL.
And now i will have to change the template
if I dont want to get in trouble... DANG, I
really would love to trash everything to do with
Adsense as they are paying a pittance to say the least

Sounds like a load of crap to me. Just the fonts are enough to distinguish ads (I never change page fonts to match Adsense), then there's the Ads by Google that each ad block has. Finally it was Google who decided to make the default color scheme borderless? They even tell you to use square blocks inline in your content for better CTRs. They either don't know their own ToS or choose to ignore it.

I won't touch my ads until they remove the blend feature from blogger... Enough... The following ad placement for example don't deserve to get banned...

Are we still allowed to blend test around our ads in our blogs?

Also are we allowed to put link ads like this:
    http://www.proxyfire.net/
    ?

I think the rules has been pretty much around ever since they started. Basically, there's a whole lot of new interpretation out there. It doesn't mean to say you can't have ads with the same color or so.

Just spent most of the day adding the code <font color="#999999">ADVERTISEMENTS</font> <br /> above most of the ad codes.. phew... They don't they just ad that in the adesense javascript itself eh?? They could shift the ads by google to the top just like they do for link units.

    Don't Panic

Jensense contacted Adsense about this issue and part of their reply was:

I also understand you wanted some clarification on blending. I can assure you that all of our optimization tips are still valid, such as embedding your ad units within text and blending your ad colors. However, there’s a distinction between formatting the ads to fit your site and tricking users into thinking that the ads are your site’s content. For example, it’s OK to make the ad links match the color of the other links on your site, but it may be confusing if the ads are surrounded by lots of similar looking links and there is no distinction between the two. (You can see an example of this here.) :)

    The full reply is here:

You can see examples of non-allowed forms of blending here:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=136882
    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=136881

The issue isn't just "blending", it's making the other links on your site indistinguishable from the ads. I think your ads look fine, but I'm not an expert.
