I have submitted 4 articles to Ezine and 3 have been accepted within the last 3 days or so. I noticed that in the links to my site (not in the bio section) they no-followed the links on 2 of the articles but one of the links was dofollow (i.e. no no-follow ) Any idea why they would no follow 2 and not 1? The links are pretty much at the same place in the content
mabye they have a 1 follow link limit.. not sure but i might try them and you can try emailing them. good luck
Ive submitted 2 articles to them and both have been no follow. Presumably this doesnt increase my backlink count and is porbably only beneficial if sending traffic?
Some of my links are no follow and others do follow as well. That kind of sucks because I send them no less than 25 articles a week.
Alot of autoblogs scrape it and then some of worser ones [made by newbs] may take your link and make it dofollow there
I think the key here is the fact that you said the links were not in the bio section. If you put your links in the resource box you won't have this problem.
i have heard that you can squeeze one link in the main part of the article and it will count. BIO sections are all do follow
Did you read my post? I know about the bio box, im saying links within the article are sometimes dofollow and I wanted to know why
Um...no I didn't read your post. I just go around making random comments. I was simply saying that since the links in the bio box are dofollow that it's not a big deal if any in the body are nofollow. This came from their TOS. Apparently it's easier to ask questions here and rag on someone's answer than it is to look it up yourself. So I took the liberty and did it for ya. Shouldn't you be asking EZA? # WEBSITE LINKS/URLS There is a total limit of (4) active or inactive links allowed in the article, which consists of both the BODY and the RESOURCE BOX. It's probably a good idea to check out number 3. 1. Maximum of (2) "Self-Serving" active or inactive links/URLs to a website that you own, control, or have an interest in. 2. Maximum of (2) active or inactive non-self serving links/URLs to a website that you do not own, control, or have an interest in which adds value to the article. 3. Confine your self-serving links to your RESOURCE BOX. 4. We do not accept articles with active or inactive links in the first 1-3 paragraphs. Please put your active links in the resource box below the article body. The article BODY is your "GIVE" and the RESOURCE BOX is your "TAKE." 5. We do not accept links that use HTML to add style attributes to the link, URL, or text link description. 6. We do not accept links formatted with Smart Quotes by using MS WORD. 7. We will auto format valid URLs included in your RESOURCE BOX.
