    Hello friends,

my website http://www.vinfotech.com/ has been duplicated by a Chinese company. It has not posted the same content but the design and functionality is exactly same. Have a look at http://www.wallsoo.cn/.

I believe my server has been compromised. What should i do now?

    Thanks
    Shailendra

    Seriously bad luck, sorry.

Are you sure that they could not have just grabbed the static data and built the back-end functionality from that?

What evidence do you have that it's been compromised?

They could only copied your layout.
If you own the images, try to contact them, I think it's the only way.

This happens all the time. Contact the respectful party involved is your best chance.

Looks like their phone number is right at the top of the page. Remember that they might not stolen it intentionally, but instead may have hired a "designer" who simply ripped off your page.

Well...they are not bad for your business as they target only chinese clients...I wouldn't worry so much.
I would try to threat them, that if they do not change the website, I file a complaint at the local authorities. The ordinary chinese are pretty much afraid of the local government officials... hire a chinese guy/lawyer, preferably local (read their "contact us" "about" pages) to help you out

Its not hard to send DCMA notice to an upstream provider of the content hosted.

Just enforce legal action upon the upstream provider if the content is not removed within a suitable amount of time - 28 business days.

on a side note; offer a negotiation medium - Pay for the content rights, or be sued.

Its worked for me in the past.

No need to complain google. Whatelse would google do? Send a DMCA letter to the host.

Send them a cease and desist letter telling them you are going to sue them. Easy and takes under 10 minutes.
