6600 page impressions but only 46 clicks???

guys i really dunno whats going on my site. yesterday i got 6600 page impressions but only 46 clicks were recorded! is there something wrong here or what?

 

less than 1% CTR? hmmm....I can play the blind doctor without seeing your site, but it might be the placement, the lack of interest, might be a forum....we can't really tell. Normally it's about the placement....

 

i got both a web page and a forum, and both have google ads

 

Try to adjust your ads placement, and see which placement is the best performing and get good clicks.

 

try to change the position of ads try the top and right

There it is. Forums have low CTR, and get a lot of impressions. So always expect to have a low general CTR when having a forum. Probabily both are doing normal, the only thing is that your website might be getting 2000 impressions and 40 clicks (regular 2% CTR) and your forum might be getting 4000 impressions and 6 clicks (regular poooor CTR%) , just to put an example, don't take my numbers like if they wer real.
Even though, there might be something more, probabily placement or "not-that-relevant" ads...

 

We'd need to understand your ad placement and breakdown of those impressions - were lots from a few people? same sources? i.e. did you get dugg - if so visitors might have came and saw what they wanted and left, etc.

I get double the page impressions of yours but half of the clicks so be happy for what you get

 

ubuntu2006, so you have 132000 PV and 23 clicks? That is only 0.017%? That is the lowest I have heard.. what is happening? And that is all you can do?

 

Is your traffic targeted?

You have a very low CTR: there can be many reasons for that. For example: you should check if the traffic is targeted or not, your ad placements are not good, your ad units are not chosen correctly etc.

Try to get more and more organic traffic as it is the most targeted traffic and try different ad units in different ad placements and see which one gives you the best results.

i am getting just 100 visitors daily and minimum 10 clicks and 10$ daily earning on my mesothelioma blog.

 

check your ads placement..there are lots of tutorial here on dp on ads placement. you may try to experiment on ads placement and see which works well on your website..good luck
