    Hey Joel,

    I've registered at your helpdesk http://support.infomediainc.com/

    But it looks like something is wrong, it does not send out ANY confirmation emails...ANY emails whatsoever...

    I also submitted a ticket last week as an anonymous user, and never got any reply whatsoever.

    Something is wrong with your helpdesk and I hope you fix it up.

    I've bought a lot of stuff from you. Some of it I haven't put to use but your articles with hypervre have been great. I've hired ghost writers for unique content. I'm hoping to make a lot from it... Do you still believe in hyper vre?
