5 Quality Sites For Sale

I am unloading several more sites for lack of time to properly work them. I am listing 5 sites in a single post for sale, though they will be sold separately. I have provided a rough guide to traffic and income for each. Proof of traffic and AdSense income is available and can be provided once the price has been agreed upon...but I'm not doing screen grabs and all that up front.

I'll be happy to move all the sites to a fresh WP install on your servers.

Site has made a few dollars, including clicks of .82, .81 and .50. Very little traffic. Curently averaging 5 visitors a day. Completed directory submissions should show results in the next 10 days or so.

I previously had this listed, but had misread (and therefore misreported) the figures for AdSense...thus the price adjustment. Site is currently averaging about 10 visitors a day. It made $10.88 in March (last complete month) via AdSense. Highest-paying clicks ever: $3.64, $1.56 and $1.26. It has two terms that I know of ranked in the top 50 on Google. Also has completed directory submissions which have not yet taken effect.

114 visitors since April 12th when I installed Analytics. Highest-paying clicks so far: .52, 32 and .28. Some additional directory submissions have been completed, and should see a nice uptick in rankings and traffic within the next month.

Averaging about 80 visitors a day. Earned $72 in March. FOUR keyword phases on G's first page. Two more on the 2nd and 3rd pages.

Earned $11.00 in March. Averaging about 20 visitors a day. 3 significant keyphrases in G's top 15.

I have returned now and can respond much more quickly to inquiries, and have responded to all the PMs received during the night. All the sites are still available...though at least some of them are likely to be pending sale fairly soon.

I am reducing the price on SelfConfidenceTips to $50, and GolfingSecrets to $70.

 

Last price reduction on those two sites.

Either site just $45.

I'll leave them up for a few hours, and if no one picks them up, I'll keep them myself, or give them to a friend.
