The CTR rate is pretty good, and you can undoubtedly make even more money if you have more traffic with this blog.

maybe that's why he's willing to let it go for such a low sum ?

 

How could he even say I cloned it? The only thing I took was the domain name, which was STILL AVAILABLE TO REGISTER. So he called his forum "Xbox 360 Rage," but he didn't register the domain name "Xbox360Rage.com" which I did. He has no right to say that I cloned his site or copied his "name" because the domain name was unregged.

Plus, my site looks nothing like his! And his forum is even powered by MyBB, my forum is powered by SMF. And he doesn't even have a blog.

With that being said, I will let this auction run on for a couple more hours.

Why are the forum titles the same as that site then. Eg. one of the category descriptions is exactly the same on both sites:

Oh, that seems to be the only one that's the same. I can change that if you'd like, but please keep in mind that he has no intellectual rights to the names of the forums or the order they are put in, so it wouldn't really matter.

Also, you can check the posts/members there between both forums and you will see that all of them are completely different. If anybody thinks I stole that guy's database, please show proof and provide all evidence to support it.

There isn't anything wrong. His site wasn't cloned. I just bought an unregistered domain name and developed it into an Adsense revenue blog & forum.

 

I would understand the names - since the domain wasn't registered then its fine. But the fact that the forums are very similar and some parts are copied.

Also why did you accept a bid of $5 increments at the same time as saying $10 increments?

 

Well, I can assure you that though it may look similar, all members/posts/topics/content are 100% different. Feel free to spend time looking between the forums to check for yourself.

As for the increments, from now on I would like increments of $10 instead of $5.
