EDIT : Actually same thing happened with me, only Pay by Check or CC.

Don'f forget to edit your payment options once you're done.
I've read here on DP that GD automatically makes your CC the default, even if
during checkout you had unchecked the box, intending to opt out.

Must manually edit options from the main info page.

Its not working. If it is working,I must give you a reputation.Sorry mate.I try this code from at list 5 PC. No any pc working this code.I clear cookies & others.So,I think its already expair or this code only for USA people.

Paypal was not working. In fact, now being shown as a payment option.

 

This code is already expired... it was written "the code will expired after 5000 code redemption"... it expired in first few hours... btw.....

I will post it here.. if I find another code...
