    I can't stand music on websites. In my business (real estate) most people are on my website while they are at work. You have a good looking website. I wouldn't mess it up with music.

    Don't do it. If I encounter autoplay music on any website, I immediately close it.

    It only works for night clubs and dj's....it's actually expected. For everyone else, it is an unwelcome distraction that turns people off...just like those virtual people that pop up and start talking.

    Let me put it to you this way...the blog is my sig is ALL about music, and even I don't do it, and it certainly doesn't fit for a weight loss site.
    If you want to entertain your readers, make a spot for high energy work out videos and give them the option to watch/listen, and create some imixes on itunes for them to download to use as exercise music.

    Yeah I have to agree with the others, I hate music on sites for the most part. There are a few exceptions that can perhaps get away with it like is its a band website or nightclub. I don't think it would work at all on a weight loss website.
