You can go to Amazon and check out their mechanical turck section. There are ways to make a few bucks per project that others have posted. Basically need some some menial task done. You sign up and do them then get paid.
I think the bums in NYC make more than $5 a day. I saw this silver painted guy acting like a robot and he was making about $5 a minute posing with people. Creativity is key in whatever your do.
