    I think you can try it for yourself first.Start making articles and videos about your website or participate with blog or forum posting.This will help you to build traffics.

    The modern marketing concept is based on , 1Segmentation 2Elevation 3Positioning .
    1 You make the segmentation of marketplace : here you will find where to find and who will be your potential customers.
    2. 2Elevation : Here you make your list of potential customers and with their feauters , every kind of customer is different and have theri own feauteres therefore you try to sort them , for example you have 5 kind of potential customers next step.
    3. 3Positioning : for every classified type of customer you need a special type of advertisment . example : for every 5 kind of potential customer you need 5 diffrent types of advertisment (and advertisment could be made with diffrent methods )

    The best for you is :
    1 To call personaly all firms you want to include in youre database .
    2 To write special e-mail or send fax .
    and to suggest to try for 1 month your services ,,,, there are lot of proposals ...

    Or even take Yellow pages , or a concurent site and find all the customers that they have and sugest them your proposal .;)

    research all about your customers, who is your customer? where is your customer? what can they benefit from your website?... then post articles or advertise to the places your customers can view.

    You can start your marketting with Youtube You will get their so many tarrif. by contucting with them and explaining the total you can spread the publicity.Besides this you can start with Craiglist.

    Just make sure that when your posting in craigslist you experiement with the category you post in. Expect your post to get flagged a few times while working to find the right one.
