You can't find out unless they leave their name. But sometimes it's obvious based on the post it comes from.
OK....but I can't even find where you look to find out if youv'e been voted for whether they left their name or not.
Click on user CP and at the bottom you will see the last 5 rep votes you have had. they are not required to leave a comment, but some will, and some will leave their names. It will tell you what post they voted on. Green means positive, red means negative and the blue/grey one means there is no impact on your rep because they do not have voting power.
