Looking for Wordpress Button Banner Ad Plugin

I am looking for a banner button plugin for Wordpress that will allow me to set up one or more unique button banners (125x125) in the sidebar for each post. In other words, I do not want to use one of the common rotating banner ad plugins. The plugin must allow me to set up a different banner ad for each post.

Does anyone know of a Wordpress plugin that will do this?

Thanks, dpsubi1. I did see that one, but it looks like just another rotating banner ad system. It also looks like a lot of people are having problems with it.

As far as I know, sidebars function separately from posts and pages and I have never seen anything that will make a sidebar, or text box behave in conjunction with only certain posts. Not saying it isn't possible...but to make a call to action to display a different ad (or text box), dependent on which post is displayed in full, seems like a lot of coding.

I know some themes will display different variations of side boxes for post or pages, or display only with a post or page, or not at all...but never different ads in that section. Rotating is the only thing that I have seen.

Usually when people want an ad or affiliate link or product to display with a specific post, they put it in the post.

Do you have an example? Have you seen this in action somewhere before ?

wp-125 is not a rotating banner. i have been using it in my blogs and have no problem with it. have you tried it? did you face any problem with it ?
Show me an example of what problem ... do not make judgements without trying it out.

Thanks for the info. hmansfield could be correct about the potential problems associated with a sidebar plugin that does what I am looking for, but on the surface it doesn't appear that it would be very difficult. I can access the page title and post ID from the sidbar script, so I should be able to associate an ad with this unique information.

I have not tried wp-125, but based upon its description, it doesn't look like it wil do what I am looking for. My comment about problems is related to the number of problems reported on the related WordPress forum page. It is possible that those complaints are from nitwits. They do go back about 6 months.

I may have to develop a custom plugin to do this.

Sounds like it. If you do, please keep us posted, sounds like an intriguing idea. I am sure that it can be done. Could you use tagging as the determiner of what ads to display ? That seems very doable since there are so many scripts and themes that show related posts in the sidebar based on tagging and categories.

Just throwing some ideas out there.

from my understanding you haven't checked the plugin properly. you can create 100 ad spots with it. you can use them as widget or a particular ad whereever you want. like if you want to show ad slot 71 on that page itself, then yes you can do that.
