is that true?
some body told me that ican earn 500$ at wordbress per month without adsense.
is there someone heared about that.

Well they are probably talking about affiliate sales. But you can do that from Wordpress and blogger.

 

The problem with adsense is all of the pins and needles that their policies keep you on. Using a wordpress site to promote rss feeds and other more lucrative promotions is the way to go. Remember, most users of the internet have become extremely ad-phobic.

 

earning $500 pm from a wordpress blog does not happen overnight. If you are prepared to work hard at your site and SEO and keep working at it everyday then maybe in 6 months you can earn $500pm.

 

adsense isn't everything in making money online , there is much ways like affiliate marketing as indigobean2003 said , also link sales , posting reviews ..etc

Go to the research about highly link recommended. Like casino, travel, sex, video, cellphone...
You can make a blog with that sample topic and get the best link to sell on your wordpress page.

 

You can use other publishers and sell banners yourself. Adsense isn't the holy grail of making money online. They're many ways of making a profit off a website, just need to learn how.

I have one page that I have data for that I have consistently earnt $200-$225/year from, just the adsense income. Other income from that page has added up to a further $500. So, one good page, $700/year.

Last week I decided to experiment and I switched all the adsense off on that page and replaced it with adshoker adverts of the same size/placement - $0 from clicks. From a good, consistent CTR down to 0% instantly.

You have to experiment and tweak. What will work for one person won't work for another.

It's a combination of: content, what your visitors are looking for, advert types/placement and, of course, traffic.

 

Adsense should not the only thing you have to do to monetize your site. Affiliate products via blogging can also be lucrative. you can also incorporate them into your static websites.

werner77 is right. it takes a lot of effort and time, including SEO done properly, traffic flow coming in steadily, etc. 500pm, I wish I can make that much one day with my blog...

 

There are good answers here, and Wordpress is and awesome platform if you have your own hosting. But I also wanted to point out that on free wordpress blogs - those hosted at wordpress.com - you cannot use your adsense code on them and they frown on using them for affiliate marketing.

If you want everything to be completely free, however, you should probably stick with blogger/blogspot.

There are various methods to making money with a wordpress blog and Adsense is just one of them.

You are not required to bid good bye to adsense in order to make money with any other method. You can work on several methods simultaneously to derive maximum benefits.
