Hello expl0its1, Interesting offer but I have few points regarding the business logic. 1) How many team members are you looking for? will it be a fixed number or come and join. 2) What skill sets are you looking in a team member from OP I got PHP & MySQL,will it end there or other skill sets people can also join in? 3) Who will be doing the website marketing and selling? 4) Who will bear the operating cost inoccured for marketing, selling, hosting, etc.? 5) If you say the person who made the product and sells it, will get 50% share rest divided among the other members fair enough, but don't you think so If someone like A member make a product and he even sells it, wouldnt it be stupid or fool of him by getting 50% where as he can instead make 100% from it, where is the WE factor here! when the person is making and selling the product all by himself just using the banner name which has no standing yet in the market?
