Blogniter.com for SALE - Unique website, Fully Custom Coded

I am selling Blogniter.com - (It is not active yet)
Somethings happened and I am selling everything, you will see more threads coming in those days.

It has not been launched yet, so no traffic and no revenue. But there are no websites like it out there. (yet)

Blogniter.com is fully custom coded and designed.
Blogniter is a platform for bloggers.
Bloggers sign up, add their blogs, and blogs are distributed among bloggers each day, admin have the option to add a blog he decide of to the list bloggers get, in turn having the option to drive traffic to it.

Bloggers share comments on the blogs they receive each day, gaining backlinks and comments in the same time without much effort.
Bloggers can communicate through the website messaging system, also can browse blogs by names or categories.

This is only phase 1 of 3 phases, but some emergencies happened and I cant continue working on it. But it was intended to be fully functioning as phase one.
One of the plans I had for it was then charge a small fee to drive traffic and comments to websites. (That would be possible after phase 2) or you can just start it now.

Okay, this is not a bid, its an offer thing, this has to be sold in max of 5 days, if I recieve a good offer before that I will appreciate it.

I will be more than happy to share my ideas and future plans with the buyer.

The point is providing comments and traffic, aside from backlinks, which is the top 3 things bloggers have trouble getting.

 

The guy with the offer seems like he is not committing to it.
And the next largest one was 300$

As i will sell it tonight, i will sell it to this 300$ offer if nothing is made over it.

I still have 3 hours, then I will contact that buyer, please if yyou have a 300+ offer make it in the enxt 3 hours.

yes, I will set it up with open registration. Yes it is fully functioning.
I just disabled the signups to enable buyers to test it properly
