    I really like the design, very new age..I am thinking that your left navigation is somewhat lost with all of the ads and other stuff you have going on. I think you should maybe out line or emphasize recent posts and your categories.

    Does take a little time to load.
    Making the graphics smaller will spped it up greatly.
