you may need to carefully review your site and see what did you violate. adsense team will ban you and will not give you reasons why they do so. and that is adsense..but try to contact the team. if you are lucky then maybe they can get your account back.

As google keep on implementing changes to their TOS you need to keep up, like the latest DART cookies that has to be on your Privacy policy.

    Sorry to hear this....

Seems like you didnt read their Emails regarding "Privacy Policy" and you dint add it on your websites as well?
If it that is right, then that might be the cause for ban.

Even if Adsense decides to ban people for failing to publish their privacy policy, I fail to understand what prevents them from stating the fact in their mail?

Why does it send the same old, routine, general mail and make people go mad going in circles, trying to figure out what hit them!

    Regards,

Have you actually tried phoning up instead of emailing?

What was your niche btw? Your niche might be problematic.

Please don't ask me about if I clicked my own ads or asked people to click my ads!

Why would I click my own ads when I' m earning 3-4K dollar every month(and average per click i was earning 4-5 cents)?

And I updated my privacy policy about a month ago! I don't know if I have to have "privacy policy" link and every pages but I don't. I only have it at my front pages, I don't know if this is the case.

Well, if people ask other people to click they also could make 3k monthly. That was fair question.

Anyway, if you were earning 3k+ monthly, they your site is big enough to make the same money with other income sources ...

Especially if you are getting 5 cents peer click, it means that Google is not something where you should stay with long term .. and you were already making 3k

Try something else. Don't just try typical peer click add networks. Maybe PPL ( peer lead ) or affiliate offers could do better ... what's your niche ?

If you really want something like Adsense, try Infolinks ( in line ads ), I usually get the same amount of $ like with Adsense.

In any way, you shouldn't be screwed ...
