Hey All I just want to tell everyone my experience with cpanelwebhosting.in. Well it all started when i was looking for a VPS and i came across cpanelwebhosting.in. Well i ordered and the setup was pretty fast i also got full management with the server. I logged in and relised the initial setup ran so i completed it, then i asked them to harden the VPS but they were claiming it was already done, i checked and it hadn't been hardened at all not even a firewall i ask for a firewall and their reply was i don't need one because the server already has one, so i install CSF my self and as soon as i put 1 account on the server it crashed because of the mysql and it wouldn't turn on again, i ask them to fix it and they tell me they will do it in 24 hours despite the admin was on then. They tell me if i want it done asap i need to pay an extra $100 a month. after about 2 days downtime its finally fixed. I login to whm and the license is still a trial despite they told me they ordered. But guess what 2 hours later down again and its been down since with no support. SO finally i decide enough's enough so i buy a vps from another host and ask for a refund as it said 15 day money back guarantee out of the 3 days i had about 3 hours up time and then the just say no and leave the chat, since then live chat has been down. Well to top it all off now they blocked me from live chat and they ignore my tickets. By posting this im trying to save other people the hassle and loss i suffered. -Vengence
Yes i was there today checking out that site really bad customer service i dont think they speak good English as well.
I do not want to add pepper to the wound. But please remember that before signing up with any host, you should have done all your research. People say hosts at DP or other communities can not be trusted but, they are the ones you can trust if you see them with positive feedback. So the hosts which do serious business would never want a bad review against them or lose a customer over such simple issues. EDIT: You can try calling them since they offer Phone Support. Hope you get back your refund.
almost same thing happened to me once (from a different host) when i was asking for refund and they kept on ignoring me. So i posted here in DP asking for help and posting screenshots of the trouble ticket. After almost 3 months i got my money back! Yeah... took that long. Hope you get your money back

Hello, I m so sad about your experiense. You had to see that this company has lots of bad comments here and in the other forums. In my opinion next time you will have to search more to find a better company with good uptime and finally to get your money back if company has this option.
i got $50 hosting from them with IP's. they cheated me and ran away.. he is online, but not replying...NO SUPPORT...his server is down, he said, i am not responsible...dont go with them.!!!
I am with this host from past one month.... I have not had any of bad experiences so far.... the sites hosted with this host are working fine.... I donno when the server was down..!! since none of my site has been down!!! The support querries are replied when he is online!!

They don.t solves the customers problems. They just promised to email you, but you will never get it. Big chance as ONE MAN SHOW online support with different names.

I read the prior poster's complaint. I don't know how that happens. This host is online 24/7 through their support chat link. I have had excellent support and a good experience with this host. I would recommend them. Sorry to those who had a negative experience but for me, its been great.
