    I think the flash is loading little bit slow and also the weight loss image looks too wide.

    There is a minor problem with the text on the featured content - the last line is being cut out.

    The subscribe field looks very good and catches my attention.

    There is a problem with the contact form - the fields are invisible in FF3 and IE7, I can only see them when I click on them in Chrome.

    From SEO point of view - add description and keywords meta tags.

    The loading speed is excellent.

    The overall design looks very nice and simple, good luck! :)

    I like your layout. The colours complement each other pretty well and its simple too. maybe you should decrease the height of your header a lil bit because it's taking a lot of the website's space. First impression of a website is pretty important.
