Best automatic website creator software

    Hi,

I have no website design experience, but want to be able to build a high quantity of professional looking websites quickly and easily. I don't need flash or anything like that.

Ideally, the sites should have a good CMS (preferably not wordpress as people can get that for free) but reasonably easy to edit.

What software do you recommend? I've seen Artisteer which seems quite good. I literally want to choose a rough template, change some colours, add/delete tabs etc and add text and pictures. And then ideally it will be easy for my clients to login and change the content. All help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Umm, Drupal? Joomla? Media Wiki seems to be a good one for simplicity but it's rather dull and almost all of them look the same ;)

You can use a CMS like Wordpress where you just download some custom made themes for your website, no HTML or programming language experience required. Or you can find a CSS/HTML site which is already made, and you can change text and colors. Just google Free CSS Templates or similar to that.

Since you want your clients to be able to login and change the content I'd say Artisteer since you're already looking at that or buy a custom Wordpress template or have someone design one for you. If it was for personal use I'd add xsitepro to the mix as well.
