    Another curious question...
    So it seems my PR5 was a false PR report from March. How sure are we that this PR change is an update or another false reporting?

    And one more question...
    With these PR changes... in the experience of the people here, how often does this happen? On the average, is it like every 3 months? 4? 5? 6?

    This update, so far, with the pages that have changed, makes much more sense. The PR's that were given out are much more in line with the links going to the pages. So far, I haven't heard of any anomalies... in March people reported stuff being out of whack almost immediately.

    On average 3-4 times per year for PageRank, every couple of months for Backlinks.

    I got good PR = 4, for my two blogs. In last update (April 06) my personal blog thrown from PR = 4 to 0. But Today I am happy because my blog got 18 backlinks.

    There aren't much anomalies but some websites that bought tons of backlinks didnt get the pagerank they deserved at all!! It's scary,

    Also how old does a website need to be to get Pagerank when the update occurs, nodangers got no inner PR at all! but my webmaster directory have some good inner pagerank ( i didn't promote it at all that's kinda cool ;D ) and they have the same age (perhaps 5 days of difference).

    Isamu and IWD got no pagerank. Thats sad, perhaps they are way too young... They have no backlinks either or just a few,

    Well when is the next pagerank update? This time i build more backlinks

    On my directory http://www.kamsdir.com I have lost from PR6 to PR5.

    On my other directory ( http://www.epitrope.com) , for which I got LOTS OF PR8 and PR7 backlinks in last 6 months, got remained at PR5. I was expecting it to be least PR7 (or may be PR8). Though all the internal pages have moved from PR4 to PR6.

    I remember this happening to Chris with his alive directory..hmm...

    Chris, did things changed for you?

    OK I'm a bit worried... I recently have been investing a lot of time, money and effort into my websites's link development and I was expecting a number of PR 5's and 6's in this update but not a single on of my sites changed in PR with exception of one domain name which received PR but the domain isn't even being used yet... the site hasn't even been created, yet has also been cached when it is non existent... In addition to this craziness all my site's backlinks have been updated but no corresponding PR update???

    What's going on? Is there any chance that Google is still updating, and that my sites

    I thought after this digg.com PR move, all the other websites that deserves some pagerank would make some moves also but nah......
