SEO is trying to get better rankins on search engine results (read Google). So you need to learn how does Google decide which site to put first when someone does a search. If your site goes to the page #30 you will get no visitors. If it goes to #2 page you will get a few. If you get a #3 result (not a #3 page) you will get high traffic, etc.
