My site has 2 page rank but now its 0 ..

so please suggest me that how can I increase page rank of this site in google?

And How press release is important?

each and every type of sites can be submitted in press release submission?

 

recently my page rank rank drop from 4 to 2....one of my friend said that because of spam......first go for a link building with some relevant sites with good page rank. also do some commenting and forming. Use unique content on your site.
