Hey not trying to freak out, but today I checked google and my site was just gone I havnt done any link building in about two weeks so I dont think that could be the problem. It use to be at the top of the engine, but now its completely knocked off of Google? Any ideas?

It's the "Google dance". Happens to everyone. Your site should be back soon. :)

Don't worry about it. New sites tend to get in the front pages quickly than suffer a quick fall from the top. I'm sure it didn't get de-indexed.

Mines done that 3 times. Once it took 5 weeks to come back and the 2nd time about a week. Its gone again so Im waiting for it to return. My sites only a year old and this sort of thing happens to new sites apparently.

Oh, I have the same situation with you guys. My site is about Kevin Kerr at kerralert.com. I hope it will be back soon. Somehow I feel nervous at first, but now I have something to believe in. Thanks for the question and comforting answers!

This is freaky. We have to build links in a daily basis...no..no i do not agree.
In my opinion google just want a variety of links for example if it just find only forum links such signatures,it means nothing for google. But if it finds forum posts articles linkexchanges etc in a right proportion then it assumes that there somenthing going on here and boom your keywords tend to ranked better.

This happens sometimes. Just keep writing new content and build some new backlinks and your site will return in good time.

Try continuing pursuing the standard ways like adding new content pages to your website and a few good one way links. Such actions can always be great and nothing to worry about.

    Hi,
What is the site URL? Most likely it is some short dance from Google.

    Try site:domain.suffix -ooooo

If you see the domain there, Then it's all fine - If not, Try in 4-5 days :)

Try all the commends like metros suggested like site:(domain name) link:(domain name) and etc. If it isn't there after a couple of weeks, somethings up.
