    It really depends what the job is.
    There are a lot of jobs that men and women perform equally well.
    I for one really believe that women model lingerie much better than men do.

    Totally depends on types of job :rolleyes: For tough job men are better and for Telemarketing,Receptionist,Personal Secretory job women are better IMO.
