    Yes. Adsense. Or any other PPC (Pay-Per_Click) advertiser.

    It is when you click your own or use a piece of software or conspire with a group to click advertising for a profit. The sad part is the poor guy who is losing his hard earned AdWords money on fraudulent clicks. Very sad indeed.:(

    that would be click bombing, not click fraud. click fraud is i you click on your own ad or tell someone else to do so or use any automated tool/proxy to keep clicking on your adsense ads

    click fraud in general is those clicks that were obtain illegally or what is classified as clicks that were against the TOS and program guidelines. Yes it's also related to adsesne if you are using adsense programs. It any any of the other programslike Kontera, bidvertiser, adbrite and other Pay per click programs out there.

    adsense is very unpredictable these days. Even lots of people who do not involve in such frauds are getting suspension notice from google. So always play as much safe as you can with adsense. it is not really not hard to get into adsense but to maintain this account is a real tough task.
