How do I get multiple pages listed for one search term like these sites.

Ok now I have been doing SEO for a while but have been on Holidays and out of the market for a few months now.
Anyway back home in ireland and starting a new website called alightstudios.com, I am targeting a wide range of phrases like website design, online marketing, etc, so I was checking out the phrase "online marketing dublin" in google.ie and I noticed the first 3 natural results had the main page listed and 4 other pages from the website just under the meta description text and above the address text.
EG Contact Us - News - Testimonials - Web Design & Development

However the phrase "online marketing ireland" only has the first 2 results displaying extra pages.

So whats the trick to how this is worked out and is there a way you can influence what pages are displayed and how?

Have you checked a backlinks of those three results pages? their backlink quality is also important to make them the authority in this case..

It's called sitelinks and an automated process by SE algos. You can't "make" them for your site; Googlebot "makes the decision". Google states it should help visitors to navigate your site, but it seems to work for smaller sites (less than 50 pages) with "easy" navigation too. So there are some other factors behind the scene we don't know about. A decent PR seeems to help, "importance/authorithy" is discussed but seems not to be a derterminating factor.

I've been reading a few neat articles on the topic. I would suspect a strong factor to be the link popularity of your internal pages, and how well optimised and accurate a sites' internal linking pattern is.

Blcakhatvault is correct! you need backlinks to the other pages that you want to rank on the search engines.

those are the pages that google thinks are most relevant for your search. There's not anything you can do to force google to display them (as far as I'm aware). A better option is to dominate the page by having different sites showing your content. Which is why it needs to be unique, everytime, of course.

They are nothing but sitelinks and there is no such technique where you can push google to bring it up for your website. its all decied by Google if they gain trust , faith and when to do it for your website. No techniques or any such stuffs you can do for it

Yes, Google will auto create it (see in Google Webmaster tools), I seen Google do by picked my website categories out. So somewhat we can control what to show.

Notice that it just show when you rank #1 for the keyword.
For the same site, it will not show if you rank >1.
