Need look-alike vector image created

    My wife is starting a blog and we have a great theme. In this theme, there is an image of a girl. I would like that girl's face and hair to look more like my wife.

    Here is the image of the girl that we currently have:

    The first image is what we are actually using in the blog, so it would be great if just the head could be replaced with a cartoonish drawing that looks like my wife's face/hair. That is what I expect to be the deliverable.

    I will offer $30 to the person that delivers an acceptable image. I will not pay someone before I see their work. Send a PM if you are interested with your submission. You may place a watermark on it if you wish and then remove it if I decide that I like yours and send you payment.
