Traffic drop slowly after adding rel=canonical to all of my page...

Hi guys, my site is getting a slow Google search engine traffic drop after adding link rel=canonical to all of my posts and homepage. Is it better for me to remove the rel=canonical or continue to observe few more days?

I'm not sure why, I keep adding new content, and get a link from blogs and forums. Things just start to fall down after adding that line of code to my site.

April is falling down to average of 500 visit a day via Google SE traffic. Before installing the code was around 1000 a day. So it's about 50% drop. But strangely, the Bounce rate increase. As if the site is getting a better quality traffic but lower in quantity...

I'm planning to leave the link code there for another week. Let's see how things going to be. I will update again with the result.
