Looking for someone to create a flash video player for my site.

    I am looking for someone to create/design a flash video player for my site. The thing is I don't need a full functioning player. The player won't even play any videos.

    I just need a few commands in the flash player. Looking for something like this but I want it in FLV and when people click on play, a message pop up with a link inside. I am willing to pay $20 for this. Tell me if you're interested and I'll give you more details.:)
