We are actually drafting an official TOS now, along with other LLC documentation. For now, anything that is legal in the USA is allowed; complaints from our ISP will be tolerated, if fixed within 24 hours. This includes spamming, and other abuse related complaints. A maximum of 2 complaints per month is allowed. Thus, legal adult content, proxies, irc, etc is allowed.

I never ran off with any money, all was refunded to that guy. Do you think I would have gone through all the trouble to refund him not once, but twice, if i didn't care? Our old datacentre completely screwed us over, refusing to do an os reload, and taking 2 weeks to backup data. That is why we now colocate in a rack that is ~30 mins out of NYC, where we live.
Have had this service for 2 months now and not once have i had any downtime what so ever. Servers are fast and easy to configure. I required support to install cpanel and the support team guided me right through the process making it a timeless effort. One of the best VPS hosting experience I have ran into very well worth my $15 and when I require more resources i will defiantly choose Them agian.
Nice catch, i-h8-scammers. Call me silly, I bit on this one. I followed the link above and ordered a VPS. Unfortunately, while setting up the HyperVM panel I got the following error: "VM creation has failed. Reason: failed_to_create_swap" Brain damage. Who needs it. I immediately asked to cancel and for a refund. To their credit, Ian fixed the issue within a couple hours, but you can imagine my disappointment to find the "512MB Burstable to 1gb ram" is actually something less. Eight days later, still waiting for that refund. Review copies? Oh I'd be happy to write a review or three
I sent you the refund two days ago. Please check your paypal. I fixed the error, you did not enter a username, and thus your VPS did not get created. IT is 500mb to 1000mb for OPENVZ, not for XEN. Ummm... I did, several times. After being assured my refund had been processed first on 3/25, then again on 3/30, you can imagine my surprise to see it suddenly and magically appear within minutes of my post on this thread, Adam. Hope you don't mind my sharing the experience.
