Blogspot traffic from google

Discussion in 'Google' started by deceylon, Apr 4, 2009.

    I have 04 blogspot blogs.
with rank of PR05 and PR03.
But traffic from google search is in same amount everyday.
(sites are placed in good niches though)

Is it means that google only allows certain amount of traffic from google search to blogspot blogs, to reduce bandwidth usage of blogger ?

Please also tell me that how much of traffic to your blogspot blog came through the google search.

    any help much appreciated.

High PR doesn't mean that you always get free traffic from search engine. Let me explain you with an example. If your site has high PR than for a particular topic, your site will get higher ranking in the Search Engines among your competitors - get the picture.

So you have a plus point that your site has high PR, go start posting useful articles and i'm sure your traffic will increase.

I don't agree with this. Actually bandwidth is unlimited.

Nope! Try to post as many quality posts as you can...
More pages = More indexed in pages in google = More traffic.

PR doesnt affect SERP much. If you want to get more traffic from search engine, improve your SERP.

Actually it's not most about PR,
I means that when I receiving more direct traffic from other sources in some days, then traffic from google search is much reduced than normal.

i am posting around 20~30 posts daily on my books-magazines Blogspot blog.
getting 500~700 traffic daily.. not using any adsense stuff.. its a clean blog.

now my question is, how more n more people can come to my blog? and 2ndly how i can enlist my blog for search engines? like if someone writes my blog name in google search then he/she get it on a click...
Basically how to do all this.. em new to blogging field... and so far maintaining a clean blog :)

Google dont try to send you or not send you traffic. It just happends athat if your site have high ranks in high traffic keywords you receive traffic, if not you will receive a small amount of traffic.

Quality posts = More traffic :). I don't think google imposes any kind of blogspot limit. If anything I think they apply a good level of trust to regularly updated non spammy blogs.

Why you can not think differently on this issue.
Someone arguing that traffic from google to his blog remain in a same amount whether quality posts or not.
We want to ask from more bloggers to prove the 'deceylon's argue.
So please are there any blogspot bloggers ?

Even looking at it from a bird's eye perspective, how can it be possible for google to limit traffic for whatever kind of site? If I am surfing the net, come across a resource which I figure could make sense, click on the link - and what happens? Error message?

Therefore, I highly doubt this theory.

Your traffic is a direct correlation to how good your blog is. Plain and Simple. You can SEO all you want, but if you are not providing the information that people are looking for, your traffic is not going to grow.

It's not all about the math, you actually have to have a great site too.
