It is not possible to hack all account as well as backups.
The corehoster is lying their clients.
    I filed a complaint at http://complaint.ic3.gov/
If you are the victim of corehoster then you should also file a complaint against him.

Well first of all when a company cant even afford to have there own site made unique then you know theres something wrong. The site they have now is actually in fact a paid template that many people are using till this day. Also the reason why they don't have any backups is because they were all on the same server.

This is just to show that it was poor judgment on there end and they aren't very trust worthy.

What a disaster! All good hosts should at least have a backup every week or less. Also you should always have your own personal backup's just incase of something like this.

its really sad to hear. Only the end sellers are suffering badly. Corehoster can always start as a new company with a new name, and nobody will know.

You should backup, theres a part in the TOS where it says they are not liable for data loss.

Yes i did notice that but its a good template tho

As most of my clients do have there own backups i have had no demands for refunds.
I will honor any client that wants a refund.

Yes thats true.i do tell my clients to make there own backups as often as they can.

    Yes true!
But they have there site back online.
My account was gone they had to make me a new account and i had to make all my clients a new account and give them some free credit.
But how much credit do you give for a total loss of data.
Although up to now i am yet to recive any credit from corehoster.

Who do you have your account with?
If it corehoster then you should be asking them to get your account back online.
If you have an account with me Blogs Hoster then submit me a ticket and i will get your account online as fast as i can.

Yes that is also true we are to make our own backups.
But to just to get your whole server wiped and have no backups is just not the way to do business as any good hosting company.

Just to update this thread with my server news.
Blogs Hoster will have a new server up and running very soon so any1 can pm me to get there spot on a brand new server.

I have been a client for 8 month. They offered a 3 month free period for anyone affected. When I contacted nick he said I didn't qualify as I hadn't reported it within 24 hours. Paypal dispute lodged. I can't believe they're happy to lose so much money with poor poor customer service.

I don't want to be rude but now I realise that you can be the same persons that are behind Core hoster bad service to all clients. ...

    Just wondering...

    Why would you think that?
Just to put you straight on this i am not the owner of corehoster ,,,I own BlogsHoster.
    They are 2 different company's.
And why would i post this thread if i was the owner of corehoster.

Because you are kindly nice stealing Core Hoster clients, no offense.

If both companies are run by the same persons no funds are lost.

    Understand!?

    Anyway, I was just wondering...

    Happy buzz!

    hi,

it is really really scumbag-ish to try and exploit a situation like this. you are giving someone a choice but in an unethical sort of way. your attempting to take clients from someone because they are displeased in the immediate time. how about you give them the chance to keep their customers and make them happy. why don't you target someone else based on pricing or another reason? why not make an offer for 3 months hosting from leaving another hosting company. oh yea, i forgot the reason why. it might not be as profitable or as easy.....seee....scumbaggish. put yourself in the other person shoes. normally if you wouldn't want it done to you there is something wrong with what you are doing.

a reply saying "i wouldn't care" or anything else is complete crap so don't even waste the keystrokes.

not only that, from what i hear you are trying to take clients from someone that you used to host your own clients....what sort of crap is that. don't you have an alpha reseller account with them? maybe your clients should know you don't own your own servers. also your support link is broken. talk about bad support. irony at its best. someone try to steal his clients...

    thanks,
    kevin

I was hosted with these guys for about 2 months and they got hacked probably because the 13 year old kid that runs it was being stupid and not safe.... Apparently it took over 900 accounts to be deleted before they realized it...

Also, They said they would give a 3 month credit... This month I got an invoice after I contact them they said no too late... Event thought I replied immediately to get the account resetup, they still said no... So after I prooved that they were in the wrong, they terminated my account 1 week before it was due and deleted my Billing account...

    They have bad downtimes anyway...
