    The massive negative of buying a site like this, is clearly the original seller knows the adwords keywords and bid amounts. With a site ranking naturally its hard to replicate, but if you bought this the seller could immediately set up effectively the same site again and compete with you. There is zero chance of me buing a solely adwords driven site from someone with no trading history here.
