    so should i use new url for blog or the same with my main website?

    I suggest u to use same name that is in ur website.

    Means i have website www.tag44.com so i am now going to make a blog with the same url i.e. www.tag44.com/blog

    So go with ur original domain name.

    if youre planning to make something like

    blog.yoursite.com

    i would suggest you use this instead

    www.yoursite.com/blog

    they say it will help your main domain in search rankings because it treats all pages in /blog/ in favor of the main domain.

    Use same domain name for it as it will be good for Link building and SEO purpose. Blog embeded in ur site will fetch more traffic and also help credibility of ur ste with few nice comments. It will also be fruitful to you in getting in top of SERP's.

    Integrating your blog to your site is a lot better. By doing that, your site will have more indexed pages. Google will often crawl it because new content is added.

    the process is almost the same,and I believe the result will be the same depends on your effort to do SEO and other submission and other search engine optimizations and remember since you talk to human with your website try to be more "human oriented and not just 'google oriented
