Selling A Pair of Gaming Sites, perfect addition for a MMORPG network (or start one!)

It's tax time and like most people here I have too many sites and too little time so I'm cleaning up my portfolio to make it more manageable.

Up for sale are two solid sites both built by me... as follows.

DAoCMaps.com - a Dark Age of Camelot MMORPG fansite.
- Highly ranked in google for several terms including daoc maps
- Custom Mauler Character builder, I built it myself and it's page one on Google.
- Several other handy game tools such a weapon speed calculator and spellcrafting calculator
- Wordpress based for easy updating, key words cross link automatically as well via plugin.
- SA lot of time and effort spent on SEO.
- Includes maps of every zone in the game, some still need to have their page created.
- Ready for the new "origins" server Mythic Entertainment is about to launch.

MyGameGallery.com - A MMORPG community site with video and image upload capability.
- Custom logo
- Custom script based on phpizabi but with a lot of SEO and security improvements as well as paid video/image upload scripts.
- Full control panel for ease in updating
- Multiple membership level capability (in case you want to charge for some features)
- Video pages can be created in seconds right from Youtube
- Members can vote on videos, images and rate each other.
- full comment system.
- same requirements as wordpress to run.

The sites work well together and would make a great start to a multi game network. The gallery site would also work really well with an arcade.

Both sites are relatively new so assume no income and little traffic until you promote it, drop links etc. The DAoC site gets roughly 50 visits a day from search already, both sites are well indexed. They make a perfect starter pack imo.
