Fix my Wordpress problem

    I have tried my best, but I can't seem to figure out why my wordpress site is not sending emails AT ALL. I mean, it won't send me an email to tell me a new user has signed up. It won't send me an email to tell me that someone has commented. It won't even send the new user that signs up an email to verify their account (although it says "An email was sent to your account.)

    There is this 4 page discussion on the wordpress forum about the issue, or similar issues.

    Anyway, I will give you administrator access to the blog and if you need access to the control panel of my website I can give you that to tweak the emails (if that is the case). I am hoping this is a $5.00 job that takes 20 minutes. So if you are used to making $20.00 an hour and can do this in 15 minutes, please accept $5.00 for the job. Otherwise, convince me that I should pay more.

    Have you tried looking in your spam email? Sometimes the filtering on email accounts rejects automated messages.

    How was it resolved? The Wordpress thread quoted doesn't assist other than everybody mentioning there's a problem.
