I'm much better at endurance. Jogging: 30-45 minutes Running: 5-10 minutes Walking: 3+ hours Cycling: 4+ hours
Jogging: 90 minutes or so Running (flat out) probably a mile (max) Walking: so hard to say - its just a general increase in fatigue
I can last without getting tired:- Jogging: 30 minutes Running: 25 Minutes Walking: one and half hour
