Hosting Plans?

I'm looking for a cheap/reliable hosting plan, including domain reg.

I know www.midphase.com, they are reliable, not expensive, but yet 15000 MB it's something I don't need now, so I may prefer to have half price or so...

Can you please gimme a hand and tell me where to find this kind of stuff?

You can try DreamHost, very big plans and low prices in my opinion. And you can get $90 off if you pay for a year and use a coupon code (you pay something like $30 for a year of hosting) and all the resources are growing every month. The support is not so fast answering for general questions but really fast for critical problems....

I've read about them (servage) and people don't say bad. A couple of issues, but all minor stuff IMHO.

 

I just made the payment and got a new domain name for Life
and it was activated for me instantly with ftp logins all in my inbox in 10mins
iam happy with them.
Also use coupon code - "hiifii" for Free extra 5000MB Space.
Iam sure i didnt do any mistake with taking this host.
Iam also with hostgator where i have some special coupons, and thats also another good host but limited space.

 

For the money and reliability I would go with Hostgator like a lot of other people tend to do.

Reasons are I would much rather pay a couple bucks a month extra than pay a cheap amount and have horrible uptime which I have tried when I was first startingout

? why would I, Its not like I just spammed it up there I gave a quality post and adding my affiliate link if someone decides to use it fine if they don't fine it doesn't bother me but that is how the game is played.

Yea I am pretty sure that some folks on the staff are just getting infraction happy. If you read the rules it says

Don't spam the forum with things like:

Affiliate links

Nothing but a link to your own site (you can request a site review within the Website Reviews forum).


In no way did I spam the forum with such!

Minimum requirements for me are:

- at least 5 domains (won't start all at same time)
- 2 GB for a start
- Reliable
- Not very cheap, but not very expensive. I know that with little money you get little service, that's why I want to have feedback about servage.

Any reviews on hostgator also?

Anyone the only amitpatel is leading you to the cheap host is because he is affiliated with them somehow hince the hiifii directory and hiifii coupon he is giving.

I am not affilaite with hostgator at all except through cj and thats just because I used them and liked to promote them they have become a huge company through the last couple years and I am sure if you search the board you will find tons of reviews

Hostgator got my vote if you want to host lotz of domain, the 9.99 plan is nice, it support unlimited # of domain

If you want bargin, go for 1and1. They are stable and cheap to start(2.99). Hoever, customer service is bad

 

Many thx once again, now I have quite some options to choose from.
I some days I'll reach a final decision, since I'm still working on ideas and don't want to start paying 4 useless time.
