    Are you serious??

The articles i read are not that good as you are claiming.
The Site you mentioned is SEO frndly? http://www.mortgagebandit.com/?p=16 what is this then??
The site based on wordpress and the theme is a free theme.. With no work done whatsoever.

The total cost of the site is not more than $25 including the domain and the articles and certainly not seo frndly.. And you asking for $140??

I would like to BID $10 for this if you want to start at that price..

Yep I'm serious. Considering I've sold several similar websites for just the same price.

The articles are exactly what I said they were. They are totally unique, they total to over 2000 words, and the author used keywords throughout them to make them more SEO friendly. Take the Combine Mortgage Loan article...the phrase is used at least 6 times..if it was more then it would sound silly. Plus I used the Wordpress plugin All In One SEO on each of the articles to help their SEO even more. The articles are worth $20-30.

The domain is a very easy to remember 2 word domain, and it is 5 years old. Having an aged domain increases the value of the site immensely because older domains rank much better in Google and other search engines. My value of this domain is $70, and I think it's a very fair one.

For the theme, I never said it wasn't a free theme. It's just the theme that I have found converts best in terms of clicks. The thing your paying for here other than the domain and content is the potential. I have set up this site so all you have to do is drive traffic to it, and then watch the money roll in. I have chosen a very high paying niche; the keyword "mortgage" ranges from $1.00 - $16.72 per click according to Spyfu.

I hope I have answered all your doubts about the site. The starting bid is $40, so if still aren't convinced then don't bother coming back.

Dude the site is not at all SEO frndly.. They dont even have SEO frndly links.. Get your groundwork correct and try to answer the queries..

I wonder why you didnt sold this site http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1175762..

Also would like which site you sold at $140 or even $100 earlier..

    Thanks..

So the links may not be 'SEO friendly', but I honestly never said they were. If it is something you are so worried about, then feel free to change it to your liking if you buy the site. Or I could do it if you're going to make a proper offer. ;)

The site was going to be sold, but the buyer just fell of the face of the earth so I was sick of waiting and decided to put it back up for sale. :)

Lastly, to find the sites I've previously sold, just go look through my iTrader or threads started by me. I followed the exact same protocol as I am doing now. Some people who bought were too lazy to even set up the site so that's their loss, others have got the site going and been successful. I'm hoping my next buyer will actually take initiative and not just forget about the site.

Any other inquires? If you or anyone else is actually interested in making a good offer, keep in mind that I will be happy to make minor changes free of charge. Plus I can sort out the server transfer if you don't know how to do it. :)

@Chewyshoe- I'd be interested to hear your offer...if it blows me away then I'd probably sell it to you...but yeah I'd rather just keep everything together. :p

Alright high bid is still $40, but the user is banned so yeah I guess his bid will still count though.

In my other thread I had offers ranging up to $100, but the people who made those offers haven't got back to me.

Also, I'm reducing the BIN to $120.

Amazing, I get banned for "Bumping" a thread that was two spots away from the top. Is my bid still valid?

OK I'm going to make a final reducation of the BIN to $100. I need this sale quite fast, so I'll be transferring everything as fast as possible once I get a suitable offer. Thanks!

Yes I am here... If my 40 dollar bid wins I just want the domain name... You can keep the content.
