I am going to place ads in a way which can make the ads more prominent. I mean when a visitor comes to my site the whole upper part is occupied by ads.
http://agalakotuwe.blogspot.com/ An example is here. This yields a good CTR. But I want make sure that this does not violate the Google TOS. Please help me

You may email adsense team to give you the best answer. adsense's decision is final.

Thats legal in the policy sense

however watchout for changes in the policy
they may turn it against you and say your inclining people to click on the ads
its their firnal say, so i agree with hbl, ask them...if they reply

That is just too funny. You'll be rich in no time as you clearly understand how to make money with adsense.

If you donot change it wil considered as website for adsense and your click rate will be less. thast means you will get less amount per click and sometimes google may ban also.

I am sorry this is not the domain. It is just for an example. I am placing ads on different domains with about 25 articles in one and another with 75 articles. In both these domains i am using same ad placement and same template as in the example. So what do u think about it?
