$200 Logo Contest for A New Real Estate Development **PLEASE READ RULES**

    This design contest will run from today, March 25th, 2009 until Wednesday, April 8th, 2009. Each designer is allowed as many entries as they'd like, but we ask that any logo design entries be accompanied with business card designs, as well. We need a logo design, business card design and letter head and expect that vectorized, ready to print art for these three applications will come from the contest prize.

    Please do not PM or email us entries, but post all entries in the contest thread. We will do our best to keep up with the thread and give feedback as the contest goes on. When the contest is over, we will choose a winner, announce the winner in the thread and the $200 will be paid via paypal, epassporte or western union.

    Kai Spa & Residences is a beach spa community that will be built in the mountains of Portobelo, Panama. The community will be approximately one mile inland from the Caribbean coast with breathtaking ocean views.

    We are going for an Asian style influenced logo, possibly in black or more earthy tones like green and beige. Don't let these ideas restrain you, go wild and show us what you've got.

    We are extending this contest until next Wednesday, April 15th. PLEASE keep the entries coming!

    There haven't been enough entries yet, though some of these are definitely promising. I think that some of the technical problems that DP has been experiencing may be responsible for this and we also haven't been bumping it enough to keep it high in the contests forum.

    This is a great shot at it, though it might be just a bit simplistic. I like the bamboo, but maybe we can do just a bit more with it?

    I really like this. The use of color is good and I like the feel. It's not quite there yet and "Residences" is an important part of the project. Perhaps you can take another shot at it keeping "Spa and Residences" featured together and maybe try a few versions of this?
