    It depends. I have purchased services from all around the world like US, UK, Germany, Brazil, Canada, India and few to mention.

    When hiring people for services, I don't look from which country they're coming from. The quality of their service is what important.

    But if the service providers are available in my country, I definitely use them first.

    I think so quality matters always .. No matter whoever the guy is and whichever country he belongs too .. As far as he/she is doing the job right then i prefer hiring anyone from anywhere around the World :)
