Best PHP Weather Script?

    Hello,

    im looking for a PHP based script to pull in weather data, that isn't only US based. I need world data, specifically Europe.

    Does anyone know a good script that allows my own CSS customization? my own images? etc?

    I dont really need a lot of scientific data.. mostly "the current weather for ______" with some temps, possibly a high and low, and if its sunny or cloudy etc.

    Or anything really.. just need some thoughts or suggestions.

    Yahoo has the best one I've played with, but I haven't tried more than three or four. http://developer.yahoo.com/weather/

    Weather.com has one http://www.weather.com/services/xmloap.html, but it was very limited last time I tried using it. It may be better by now, that was several years ago I last used it.

    Neither of these are specifically php, but it isn't difficult to parse the XML into whatever format you need.
