Hi.....all these time i've learn some things about the internet, affiliate marketing, bum marketing, ppc, blogs, forums and a few methods...but the one thing i never got a chance to learn is creation of Websites would you please help me understand this: how to create a website...and what is an IP adress and how to change it (some people change it every 5 mins)? ..and what is a proxy? thanks in advance

Well first off, do you know what type of a website you wanna start.. Cos you dont need to know about html, php or any other language if you are gonna use wordpress, vbulletin or phpbb for that matter And i am not sure why you wanna know about proxies if your question is about creating websites
