    What a big scam this turned out to be. I won the PayPal claim but unfortunately Kate had already withdrawn all the money from her Paypal account, so in the end they were unable to recover any funds from her.

    I hope this thread will save others from being scammed by her again in the future.

    how did you win your dispute? anything i buy that isn't a physical product on the internet, i would always lose the dispute.

    Yes, I also joined her seminar/coaching course. Needless to say it was a scam, there was a week or two of content and then nothing.. I filed a chargeback with paypal, the paypal representative said he didn't know how the best way to resolve this would be. But he said we'll try, item was never received and see what happens.. If that doesn't work, I'll file a chargeback with my credit card company! I'm just glad I didn't spend $4,000 for the one coaching program. So just another scam..

    Sure, the one time I do not pay with a credit card. This little f*cking scammer steals $160 from me. Who give reviews, my ebook and script. It is well documented on the forum here and here
    so no reviews will be given.

    Sorry to hear it was a scam guys. There seems to be a lot of coaching scams going on! I know of 4 others in another thread I got scammed on, it's still in dispute with paypal. The scammer who is bad sphinx reckons he will win the dispute ... we shall see. It is a shame that paypal is biased towards the seller in cases of intangible goods. However if you can get together with other victims it does give some leverage.
