The only site that you need is download.com And that is because the software that is offered through that site has been tested for spyware and viruses. When I download something from download.com, I know its going to be clean. Because of this, I rarely go anywhere else when I am looking for programs. Also, download.com lets their members review the script. So if its junk, people will post just that. Because of the trust and community that Cnet / download.com has built, there is no reason to go anywhere else.
